What is standard to some isn’t standard to others. We have put together a selection of quality inclusions for your convenience.

Our experience in building homes for over 30 years means we understand what features and specifications most people want in a home. Where other building companies may provide you with a ‘low spec’ home price and let you add up all of the extras, we at Wayne Carter Homes take a different approach. Our standard inclusions feature the ‘extras’ eg council fees and permits, soil test, site works, engineer reports, 800mm paths to the perimeter of the home and a driveway, light fitting allowance, carpet and much more. Many people can get ‘caught out’ at the end of their home constructions, not realising what was not included.

Every home comes with a fixed price building contract and detailed specification of your chosen inclusions. We offer a high quality list of inclusions; however, we also allow flexibility to tailor your selections to suit your personal style.

It is important to know what is included so there aren’t any nasty surprises at the end of your build job. We, at Wayne Carter Homes fully explain what is included during our consultation together. It’s important you fully understand the inclusions!
